The wood construction includes:

• The entire project including the building permit – it involves all aspects of our HOME³ technology.
• Delivery and installation of the basic building structure – it is made of laminated wood profiles, dimensionally stable and resistant to fungi and insects.
• Delivery and installation of the OSB sheathing from the inner side of the peripheral walls.
• Delivery and installation of the roof framing - including a safety diffusion foil secured by counter-sticks (does not apply to EVA³).

• We are not a fully-fledged construction company; our main goal is to constantly improve our HOME3 technology of healthy living and spread it fast among the general public.
• When delivering our turnkey houses, we cooperate with renowned construction companies, who are professionals in their business having delivered hundreds of houses to their satisfied customers.
• Do you have your own verified construction company? We can leave the construction of your house up to them,while delivering our HOME3 technology.
